Email notifications

About email notifications

QAWeb Enterprise can regularly send an email report of all workstations that might require a user’s attention.

The report lists all workstations within the organizational scope of a user which have a QA status of Not compliant, Pending or that have a schedule status which is Due or Outdated. It also provides a short description of the issue and indicates when it occurred. Clicking the name of a workstation or QA issue will redirect you to the appropriate workstation detail page in QAWeb Enterprise.

The days on which email notifications will be sent are set on organizational level. They are always sent at 1:00 AM in the time zone of the organization.

Note

In summary, users will only receive email notifications if the following conditions are met:

  • Email notifications are enabled for your organization.

  • The current workday is enabled for sending the notifications.

  • Email notifications are turned on in the user profile. By default, email notifications are turned off, so each user must turn them on individually.

  • There is at least one workstation with a QA status of Not compliant/Pending or a schedule status of Due/Outdated in the organizational scope of the user at the time the email was generated (1:00 AM)
